By accessing or using TripTop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
TripTop is an AI-powered trip planning platform. The service allows you to discover places, build itineraries, use an AI chat assistant, share trips with others, and browse community-created templates. Some features require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 16 years old to use TripTop. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Each person may maintain only one account.
Plans. TripTop offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans include a set number of credits that reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. See our pricing page for current plan details.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds, though we may grant them at our discretion.

AI-generated recommendations, itineraries, and other content may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You should independently verify all information — including opening hours, prices, safety conditions, and travel requirements — before making travel decisions.
TripTop is not a travel agency. Our AI assistant is software that generates suggestions based on data and models; it cannot enter into agreements on your behalf and we accept no liability for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
When you share a trip via a share link, you grant temporary access to your trip data to anyone with the link. Your basic profile information (name and profile photo) will be visible to collaborators.
You are responsible for the content you share and for managing access to your trips. Share links can be revoked at any time.

Our property. The TripTop platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TripTop. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
Your content. You retain ownership of the content you create on TripTop (such as trip plans and preferences). By using the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about TripTop, we may use them without any obligation to you.
TripTop integrates with third-party services for features such as authentication, payments, AI, and mapping. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law) or any similar legislation in any jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripTop and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects any consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TripTop regarding your use of the service.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
